Pick a landmark at the top of your frame and hit return when your line gets close to it? That's my only idea, and how I do it. Althought I might add that it may be a setting which can be modified on the viewer's end, rather than expecting everyone else in the world to accomodate the inadequacies of their local system (i.e., complaining that PICList postings aren't in fixed space font when your Outlook settings display all plaintext messages in non-fixed space fonts by default).
