IMHO, you can't go past MikroBasic from MikroElektronika 
<www.mikroelektronika.co.yu>.

These guys have been updating this regularly and are very open to 
suggestions from users (Most of the updates have come from user 
suggestions).

Check it out - I think you'll like it.
