The nice thing about zonalarm is when somone has surfed where they shouldn't and the zonalarm screen pops up asking if it should allow access to "internet-optimizer" or a keylogger you are immediately aware of the misbehavour and can take steps. Its been my experience that I am better off uninstalling then re-installing firewalls and virus checkers when doing service packs and security updates.
