I'm actually considering a complete kit. The "awkward" parts are most of the cost, so adding the rest shouldn't raise the price much and add a lot= of convenience. The ZIF socket and PIC alone account for over half the part= s cost. I'm having a production run of ProProgs made right now. This is the firs= t time I'm using a local company to put together the kit for the manufacturers. Once I see how that goes, I'm considering having them put together kits for the EasyProg and then I'll sell them at a small markup.
