Let's see, 150 of 300 passengers have their phones on, with about 0.6W 
each (is this correct ? - assume the cell repeater is not ok and power 
feedback fails) in the body of the plane which reflects and conducts this 
rfi towards/through/into aircraft systems some of which are 30 years old.
