OK, but you will note that I put enough caveats in my text to say that
"AFAIK all 16F ... and I believe the same may be true for some, possibly all
18F parts." So you have a datasheet that shows an 18F which can be written.
However I do seem to remember in the back of my mind some problems with
doing this being reported here, not just the obvious ones that can screw you
up for good and require a trip back to the programmer.
