Mainly for Australia and NZ but this ESR meter may be of wider interest.
As enthusiastically recommended by Roman Black (and me).

Dick Smith Electronics, present in  OZ and NZ, occasionally closes product 
lines and sells items cheaper than usual. Often not great bargains, but 
sometimes excellent.

The fantastic ESR meter which has been discussed on PICList before now is on 
the latest list. If you are serious about trouble shooting capacitors 
in-circuit then an ESR meter is an utter must. Also suitable for measuring 
very low resistance (hundredths of an ohm). As this is on closeout, if you 
don't buy now they will probably never be available again.
