It's a momentum thing, I'm running into the same resistance here at
work.  People are set in their ways. :)

I *really* like the Bugzilla/Bonsai/CVS combination.

 Have a look at this:
<http://webtools.mozilla.org/bonsai/cvsblame.cgi?file=mozilla/extensions/sql/build/src/mozSqlModule.cpp&rev=&root=/cvsroot>

and mouseover the revision numbers to the side.

Very, very cool.
