Recently we attempted (and failed) to move over to Neuma CM+ which appears to be the most complex, fragile and hard to use bit of software I have ever found. CVS is my favorite version control system, especialy combined with TortoiseCVS which integrates source control within Windows Explorer (assuming you are using and M$ OS). http://www.tortoisecvs.org/ I wish the powers that be had taken notice of the software engineers and let us use this rather than going with an extremely expensive commercial solution.
