I just dealed with this part, c72a has only firmware master and only has isr, then you need do i2c sequence in your prgm. After read this, I stop using firmware master. Is there any ready C routin for firmware i2c, that I can simply use them? Simple master mode, like in f877a, it is called hardware i2c, you don't need care the i2c sequence and only need assign your value sending to proper regestry. Assigning, that all. I know with the latter, the user sets the clock by placing a value in SSPADD. What is the Firmware Mode used for? vpl _______________________________________________ http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist _______________________________________________ http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
