Would suggest that the free car wash & Sausages is ok but to also
advertise the fact that you would greatly appreciate any donation for
the project you are raising money for.

Also have further information next to the donation bowl explaining in
some detail the project you are raising money for.

I would be more inclined to donate more if I know all the facts.

Why do you need to explain race to anyone?

Everyone should be treated equal (human rights act).
