The full kit ZIP file is trashed FWICT. Also, the MPLAB7 installer seems to
be severely bugged - I got loads of "Could not register class" (and similar)
errors, reinstalled, finally got MPLAB7 working, then found out that it was
failing to connect to the ICD2.

Haven't Microchip heard of betatesting?
