All you need to know is how to wire up the connector on your target, and that is exactly what the poster shows. It does however assume you will be using the supplied crossover cable, which is a reasonable assumption IMO. I've never managed to get one wrong myself using the poster anyway, and simple inspection of the cable shows that it is crossed over.
