I guess I forgot to update the PIC development environment release.  I won't
be able to fix that until late today since I'm at a customer site right now.
I tend to forget that there is a difference between what I'm running and
what is available on the net.

However, I created a PIC programmers software development release yesterday
which includes the latest PIC development environment.  Go to
http://www.embedinc.com/picprg/sw.htm and download the development software.
The linker files will be in the SOURCE/PIC directory.
