I've been looking over the code a bit more. There's a bit of a problem with
it, unfortunately.
What's happening is, the first time a device is programmed (with the
programmer and target IC running "from cold"), the target is programmed fine.
If I try and re-program the same target chip again, pic_prog complains about
not being able to read the device ID ("Unable to read the device ID from the
target chip")...
I'm testing the programmer using PIC16F628s, BTW.
