It got stuck in the outgoing queue for some reason. I've just un-jammed the
queue, so you should get the hexfile soon.
It seems to work fine for programming 16F628s - I've just programmed a '628
with one of Wouter's LED-blink demos, which seems to work OK. Like I said,
I still need to fix the ICSP support, but the initial signs are promising :)

Hm. So the characteristic you posted would flash three times and then wait
nine seconds? Just a guess, I don't expect it to be correct :)

I'll fish out some 10Fs later and see if I can get one of them them flashing
an LED.
