I generally keep an eye on the Internet condition so I can interpret my own
site's stats in that context.  Today the entire Internet, with the exception
of North America, seems to be struggling worse than I have seen, and North
America's response time seems to have just spiked.

Does anyone know what is happening today?  The Storm Center doesn't seem to
be reporting anything that would cause this, unless it's this Java exploit,
but that wouldn't seem to explain it.  Asia is reporting a 15%(!) packet
loss.
