I would give your local Tek distributor a call. I think you will find that
to get the mixed capability you're into the TDS5/6000 series, but I have no
experience with these. However $10k will probably bet one in this line. But
get onto the Tek guy, you can probably test drive one for a week without
putting down money, at least get a demo, even if he doesn't leave it with
you. Same with Agilent. Devices in hand is worth more than a thousand data
sheets. :)))))
