That must have been a VERY quick look...
A not-so-quick look should have shown that, if you :

- click on "PICmicro" in the main menu, then
- click on "Tools" in the PICmicro  menu, and finaly
- click on Wisp628 in the Tools menu

you had got a table with the connections.

If you then click on "Blink a LED" in the menu you
get the same thing in pictures.
