No, of course, I meant a chip with their software burnt in. Since I bough= t from them as a replacement at $20.00, this meant, I am willing to pay f= or their work. But, I don't think it is fair to customer by charging such= an exobitant price especially, knowing that the customer has no where to= turn to. In the end, I switched to a different product.
