Does anyone know if a printed version of the 18C reference manual is
available? At 900+ pages it is a bit much to print out.   I'm going to
have some "down time" with family during the holidays, and after the
kids go to bed I'd like to cozy up to the fireplace and read (to my
wife's chagrin), a pic manual.
