Yep - MPASM couldn't find p16f648.inc. Setting the MPLABDir environment
variable seems to have fixed that. I've got it building, which is a start.
Now I just need to add some code to drive the WISP hardware. I still don't
know how I'm going to drive the charge-pump, though...
