First, use a reasonable subject line.  Just putting [PIC] there doesn't help
anyone know what it's about in a short listing.

Second, you don't need specifically disable code protection.  Code
protection is removed during a bulk erase, which any programmer should do
before programming the new code into a PIC.  All you have to do is change
the CONFIG bits so that code protection is off and reprogram the PIC.
