I second the proposal that you use Hijack This - it worked for me.

If you are uncertain of how to interpret the log, post it to the appropriate 
forum at

   http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums

There are experts there who will, for free, check your output and help you 
to fix the problem.

Also browse around the forums there - you may find people with similar 
problems, and learn how they fixed them.
