hehe, I've done the same, though using gcc & M$ Visual C. Then
I persuaded the boss to buy a compiler for the PIC; and I
found that in almost all cases what the compiler produced was
pretty good. why do the work twice if you don't have to? But I
still consider assembly an essential tool/skill of the trade.
