If it's anything like here, most large glass suppliers also do what
I assume you mean is acrylic or Lexan. Or look in the Plastics
section of the Yellow Pages for acrylic fabricators. Take some
care with the adhesive too. The proper one for the material is
best. Something like epoxy, even water-clear, may be convenient
but can yellow over time and that's not a good look
