You could just connect the output of one of the op-amps to the summing junction of the other via a suitably sized resistor. This would give you all four outputs on that amp. HOWEVER, two of the inputs would be inverted. Whether this matters or not would depend on the application. There's no good solution I can see within the limitations you have specified.
