in my designs, i always reserved pins RB3, RB6 and RB7 for ICD
connection.

do I really have to reserve them all for ICD connection?

according to the ICD manual, RB6 and RB7 are used for ICD communication,
but RB3 is on the list of the ICD reserved pins. the ICD also has a
connector for RB3.

in the ICD2 manual, I see nothing about using RB3.

as I'm short on i/os, I don't like to waste pins in my actual design.

can anybody tell me, which pins I have to reserve for ICD or ICD2 and
what restrictions I have?
