Rockby Electronics have the Conexant GSM TW03 DB100 module going for 
A$ 44.545 plus GST.

It comes with no aerial or sim card holder and is naturally obsolete 
(I believe). One shock when mine arrived today peak transmitting power 
is 2A, my idea of using it in a project that is battery powered may 
not work.
