Judging by that page, DIP 512k are on the way out, not necessarily
all obsolete yet though

Samsung still do the K6T4008 DIP

You could also try Cypress, Mitsumi, Toshiba, NEC etc. All have
made big DIP SRAM in the past, probably still do
