Hi,
I have four pieces of HM628512ALFP-7. Now my problem is that I know very
little about this chip because I'm unable to obtain the datasheet of it.

What I can get so far are:
1) Datasheet for HM62W8512B series: this is 3.3V devices
2) Datasheet for HM62V8512B series: this is also a 3.3V devices

I suspect that what I have is a 5V devices, and it's an obsolete part. Can
anyone please confirm that? If it's obsolete part, any suggestion as a
replacement?
