Wow, that's a really cool idea! :) In your opinion would I need one on
each side for each high side driver or could I get away with just one
supply for both? I know on certain extremes of PWM ratio the supply
would stop "working", should I care?

Anyways, thanks for the circuit, just put it through pspice with a few
values and I'm going to get components now (according to sim the caps
sometimes see a negative voltage, so it looks like I need to get non
polarized caps).
