Is it possible to use RA4 as a /drive (it can tolerate a much
higher i/p voltage than other i/o AFAIR)

Also, not clear about this one, RA5 ? If the MCLR pin is
assigned as RA5, is it still possible to exceed Vdd without
going into program mode ?
