I did put a comment in asking if they could do Global Priority when I 
placed my order...so I'm glad to hear that they take action! :-)

You hit on a good point: it's sometimes how a company handles a special or 
unusual request that really goes a long way to securing a customer's 
business rather than "stack 'em high, sell 'em cheap".
