Agreed, in fact I've on more then one occasion called a company up and
TOLD them that if the only option is UPS I will take my business
elsewhere. I've never ended up having to go elsewhere.

The funny thing is most companies I speak to, when I mention my
"opinions" about UPS, completely agree, and say they've had the same
"incidents" happen to them, yet they continue to use them...
