Hello all

Has anyone on here used a hand held temperature controlled heat gun and
a suction cup part lifter to remove a BGA? I have seen it done once
before, is this a good technique?

And are there any other techniques or methods to economically remove
BGA's? Preferably still having the ability to reball the BGA and
definitely without damaging the PCB.
