What does "curciut" means. The schematics ? Or also the PCB ? Anyway, your options are to live with it or to change the design. If the PCB is already ready, any if any of the pins with EXT INT capability is free (not used), you could maybe just run a short wire on the back of the PCB so the input signal is connected to both pins.
