I got Octobers quite a while ago, but I'm in the US. :) News item say that international mail into Canada is behind by a month according to Canada Post. This delay due to higher security scanning of the mail. It is probably the same for NZ and other countries. I just received my October CC yesterday (Canada), about a month later than normal so it may have been a printing problem.
