No, the PRINTER screwed up by applying the subscription
labels to the WRONG print run.

I wonder how the adult comic subscribers felt about their
getting CC instead of their regular mag <G>?

News item say that international mail into Canada is behind
by a month according to Canada Post.
This delay due to higher security scanning of the mail.
It is probably the same for NZ and other countries.
I just received my October CC yesterday (Canada), about a month later
than normal so it may have been a printing problem.
