I remember that. I think the magazine that it was switched for was "heavy metal" or something similar. I couldn't figure out what had actually happened until Steve Ciarcia used his column in the next edition to explain the mixup. The company responsible to labelling and mailing the magazines mixed up the data files of the two subscriber bases. We got the other magazine, but the company caught the problem before sending the circuit cellar to the other list so we eventually got circuit cellar as well. Now I get the electronic edition and just remember to download it once a month. It's actually much more handy than print since you can download the full magazine including ads, but also get the individual articles as seperate PDFs without ads. Not to mention cheaper, especially when you get those $5.00 per year subscription codes. I still miss reading it in print - the full magazine PDF is screen resolution, not print resolution - but all the important bits (articles, schematics, etc) are easy to read and see. I wish I had all my old magazines in PDF. Currently they're taking up a few file cabinet drawers. -Adam Dal Wheeler wrote: >The last time Circuit Cellar had distribution issues with me; I got onto an >adult comic subscription.
