Maybe it's just me, but it seems that caps sensitivity is the only sane way to look at source code. After all, ThisVariable and THISVARIABLE are two very different strings.=20 That issue aside, I killed the inadvertent CAPS lock issue years ago (along with many other keyboard annoyances). I bought 6 Northgate Omnikey 102 keyboards and have used them exclusively on all my computers for the past 15 years or so. They have real "clicky" ALPS keys, allow you to reposition the Ctrl, Alt and Caps Lock keys (so you can put the Ctrl key above the Shift key where God and IBM intended) and weigh about 5 lbs so the thing doesn't move around on your desktop. These things are built like brick outhouses and meant to last. I wouldn't part with my keyboards for love nor money.=20 Sadly, Northgate is no longer in business and I purchased the last 3 or 4 keyboards from a little PC shop in Los Angeles 5 or 6 years ago for about $40 each. Avant makes two similar keyboards -- although they are pricy -- that are worth every penny if you value having a solid keyboard that will work for years and years. The way I look at it, I am used to these keyboards and I have enough of them to last me a lifetime (or as long as there are PS/2 keyboard ports on a PC).
