Let's see now, we have two components here. One of them (XWisp2w) have been tested quite a lot an is activily beeing used by many people. The other is some hardware you have put together on some prototyping board. Of course it must be XWisp2w that is the problem ! :-) :-) I'm using the latest XWisp2w (1.5.03) without any problems at all (but with an original Wisp628 from Wouter). What you could do (but I don't think it will work any better) is to download the original Python based Xwisp. Then you can at least rule out that part of it...
