Bill, I notice that you're not in th UK, but where I work we have just had some of our GEM80 systems re-engineered by Alstom (who were Cegelec, who were GEC). They were happy enough to support our 20 year old GEM80s, so should be able to offer support for anything they have made - ever. The hardware you have sounds quite similar to the GEM80-500 systems we have just bought, as do the alpsa communicators - all current stuff.
