Lassie 22 The Year of Unmod In the fourteenth year all was good. The winds were warm, the rains gentle and the bones were in abundance. A state of satisfaction grew in the land. Then there were some bones that were removed from where their owners had buried them. The dogs were unhappy. "when I burry a bone, let no dog but me dig it up." was the common feeling. It was soon discovered which fellow dogs were the "digger of other's bones". And the respectable dogs turned against them. After the ropes were put away and the torches distinguished, it was decided to create an area where these unruly dogs could continue their sins. Thus Unmod was created. All but a few dogs never crossed over the line into Unmod and those there, stayed in Unmod. Much barking and fighting could be herd from Unmod, but the good dog's bones were safely buried outside of Unmod. So all was well. Then the unruly dogs seen that fighting amongst themselves contained no pleasure. And they started crossing over the line and stealing bones from the civilized dogs again. In the fifteenth year there were a great exodus from the city. Most dogs did not want to live in a place that condoned bone stealing, A land where no bone was safe. ------------- Any action that even appears to condone improper behavior only encourages the improper behavior. --------- Pookie ----- Original Message ----- From: "Byron A Jeff" To: "Microcontroller discussion list - Public."
