Look, Roy, from what my friends have told me, and my personal 
experience, WinME
is unable to perform any really effective work. I got my money returned 
from Best
Buy, even their staff techs could not get WinME to run reliably.

You need to buy a legal copy of Win2000 PRO from Ebay, then get the MS 
Upgrades
(they'll mail you a CD).  All of that craziness will stop. XP is ALMOST 
(but not quite)
ready for primetime; Win2K with all its shots is.

Here's how MS works. They release a razzle-dazzle product. The customers 
complain,
and in about 4 years they finally have it working as right as they can 
get it (NO MS product
works correctly).  Unfortunately, they never even worked on WinME. Its 
still as broken as
the day it was released.
