At almost the very bottom of the Tera Term help index/contents page is a link for "Tera Term setup file". It details all the settings including the settings that can't be changed from the GUI. I create custom ini files and specify them with the "/F" command line option in a shortcut to give me one click access to Tera Term pre-configured for different functions. By combining custom ini files with the powerful built-in Tera Term macro language, you can automate many tedious tasks.
