Hmm.. Functional, but very kludgey.
I don't think it would work on the PCs that I have to work with. 
This is a county office, most desks do not have the "latest and greatest".

I was hoping for something that would look like the windows volume control.
I don't need "skins" or visualizations, or any of that junk. 
Ideally, the channels would be driven from a config file so that channel 1 always connects to server X, and puts up a label that shows some text that identifies the channel.
