FWIW, I also have to change back to elder MPLAB when needing to edit or even just programming PIC14000 for an old project that refuse to die. :/ (using Mchip tools) And I keep one middle aged MPLAB version for ICD1. And install latest MPLAB for newer chips and ICD2. Soon i guess will have another version for other chip old-project support, and later one that supports ICD3 but not ICD2...? Golden rule: always save development tools install files with the project! (Maybe also OS system, patches... ;) ) Question: Where can we find a table/list of chip and tool support, maybe even issues/improvements in various MPLAB versions? /Morgan -- Morgan Olsson, Kivik, Sweden _______________________________________________ http://www.piclist.com View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
