My TDS-420 is my main debug tool for all systems. 
One thing I would add, is a digital input, with complex triggering.
Analog output would also be useful, so you can do arbitrary waveforms.

I'm taking hints from my TDS-420.

Outputting the data as GIF/PNG/BMP, to the default printer in landscape, and saving to disk in Mathcad and Excel formats, would be great too, but that's all post-process work.
