SP2 includes all of the updates in SP1 as well as all the incremental
updates that came out between SP1 and SP2.  When I did a fresh install
of XP and SP2 a few weeks back, the base system required *no*
additional updates from windowsupdate.

So far I've had no problems with SP2, but then again, I don't really
do all that much with my Windows box...
