One of the things I like about the board is the 2x5 headers for each port
(plus 5V and GND). Mikroelekronika are starting to make more and more little
addon modules, like the compaq flash one, so you can easily plug and play
with different devices.

I've started to design my own module boards as well, as the header is so
simple to connect to and the board if kept small will be supported by the
header connection alone. Amoungst others I plan on making one for the
X-Port. But I just need to get the 3.3V from 5V sorted...

However, looking closer at the photos on their website it apperars that the
pinouts of the headers are different on the EasyPic2...
I've emailed them to ask if the modules, compaq flash etc are compatible
with both... I'll let you all know in March. ;-)
